Career can be broken down into 2 parts, where initial years was involved in learning and building a career in the Sales & Marketing function in the Consumer Goods Industry with some leading companies like BPL Ltd, Valvoline Cummins and Royal Dutch Shell. Moved from a front line Sales Executive to Head the Western Region for Shell Lubricants. Was awarded the global stock options in Shell for performance and contribution to the group.
Next Phase involved setting up new business from scratch and turnaround business in new and challenging international markets. Has established business in West Africa especially Ghana as part of my assignment as Country Manager with Vega Foods. This phase allowed a deeper understanding of working in diverse cultural environment, understanding global supply chain, raising capital and managing business risks.

The Job Requirement is as follows:
Experience in FMCG industry in the sales & marketing function.
Good understanding of commercial, understands P &L, Costing, Budgeting, ROI etc.
Strong relationship orientation
Exposure to African markets would be an advantage
Strong orientation in managing teams and have managed large teams in the past.
Good IT Skills, Microsoft Excel, PPT and any CRM and Distributor Management Systems.
Highly result oriented and passionate about the business
Develop and implement the marketing plan for the business.
Closely work with the Advertising Agency to implement various marketing programs.
Ability to work in diverse culture and promote inclusive behaviours.
The Person should be:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Masters in Management preferred but not necessary
A minimum 15 to 20 years of work experience in Sales with strong experience in Beverages, FMCG Industry
Adequately computer literate in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
