Eligibility Criteria:

Here are the criteria for Yokohama National University scholarship:

  • Applicants should belong to a country having diplomatic relations with Japan.
  • The age must be 34 years or below by 1 April 2022.
  • Applicants must be able to travel and reach Japan at the time of their semester.
  • Providing the names of two recommenders is a prerequisite for all applicants to be eligible.
  • Applicants with good academic records in their bachelor’s or Master’s are eligible to apply for masters or doctoral degrees.
  • Applicants must provide an English language proficiency certificate like (TOEFL or IELTS or equivalent scores).
  • Applicants are required to have the potential to complete research in the allotted time.
